Since the establishment of our foundry in Lorain, Ohio in 1998, NBM has been the leading manufacturer of continuous cast bronzes in North America. Our production consists of bronze bars in rounds, hollows, rectangles, squares, and hex made to order shapes for customer specific applications. We utilize both vertical and horizontal, computer controlled casting processes at our foundry, and have the capability to continuous cast bronze as large as sixteen inches in diameter (both solids and hollows). We are also recognized throughout North America for casting the largest wear plates in both high leaded tin bronzes and aluminum bronzes.
We also maintain inventories with a substantial size range of centrifugal cast bronze bars in both high leaded tin bronze and aluminum bronze bars. Bars up to thirty inches in diameter are readily available for next day shipment to accommodate the most urgent of breakdowns and repair work.
