National Bronze & Metals, Inc. (Ohio Foundry) has now revolutionized the continuous
cast bronze & brass industry in North America. Our totally new foundry will commence
operations in January 2010. The foundry has a significant amount of additional capacity
which will be utilized to manufacture aircraft industry heat-treated grades of Aluminum Bronze
and a variety of lead-free bronzes.

We also cut, process, rough machine, warehouse, and ship material to our customers from
this location, both nationally and internationally. This state-of-the-art foundry has now
totally changed the industry as all operations will be computer controlled. We will set
standards which our competitors will find very difficult to match as our quality and
finish on our bars will exceed all expectations.
